We at L4SB wanted to come up with some way of giving back to the small business community, so we devised ‘Second Saturdays,’ where any small business owner or leader needing professional business advice can come to our offices on the Second Saturday of every new quarter, and talk to legal, financial and other experts WITHOUT COST or obligation.
To kick off our inaugural Second Saturday, L4SB has gathered some of New Mexico’s top experts in issues that most affect small businesses. We will have Robert Mangone from BBVA Compass answering your banking-related questions, including SBA loans, bank financing, merchant accounts, and more. We will also have Fred Muehlmeyer, CPA, CTC, from Muehlmeyer, PC covering entity selection, IRS and state tax problems, sales tax, payroll, tax planning strategies, QuickBooks & Peachtree software questions, bookkeeping and general accounting questions, and Affordable Healthcare Act questions.
The L4SB team will be on-hand to answer your small business legal questions, including contracts, leases, intellectual property, debt collection, service agreements, corporate and LLC formation, partnerships and more.
