Get to know Attorney, Christina Cavaleri- Featured Panelist
During her 15 years as an attorney, Christina has served a wide range of clients with an incredible variety of needs. She has represented clients in civil and criminal litigation, debt collection, probate, estate planning, real estate disputes, title issues, disability advocacy, civil rights, medical malpractice, personal injury, contract disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. Christina is a member in good standing of the New Mexico and Colorado Bars. She earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. As a Colorado attorney, Christina gained experience in complex estate planning, tax planning, trust and estate administration, and trust and estate litigation, including disability advocacy and benefits planning. Upon relocating to New Mexico, Christina branched out into a more general civil litigation practice, representing businesses and individuals in every court in New Mexico, including the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Christina served as the managing attorney of the New Mexico office of Machol & Johannes, a multi-state creditors’ rights firm. She represented famous and infamous clients in her civil rights and criminal defense practice. She now brings her diverse background to help business clients work through conflicts and meet and exceed their organizational goals.
